Salmon on avocado toast

Avocado
Salt & pepper
Smoked salmon
Cilantro
Poached Egg (optional)
How to make

First you toast the bread. While the bread is getting ready, start cutting the avocado.
Mash the avocado with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add lemon zest to make it extra lemony.
Once the toast is ready, spread the mashed avocado on the toast.
Add thin slices of smoked salmon on the toast.
Garnish with cilantro.
Optional steps:
To make a poached egg, break open an egg in half cup of water in a mug. Microwave for 48 seconds. Remove excess water. place in the middle of the toast and serve.
